Refinery Ltd. Azov Oil Company in the city of Mariupol was built as part of the investment project "Construction and operation of a refinery in the city of Mariupol" Mastering investments made under the Law of Ukraine "On external economic activities and a special regime of investment in the Donetsk region. The company is located in the territory of priority development of the city of Mariupol. Using the equipment manufactured and delivered to the American company «VENTECH», later in 2006, domestic raw device columns and columns of diesel fuel, have been upgraded under the project and the use of internal device, a Swiss company «Koch-Glitsch».

The company meets all the requirements of industrial safety, environmental protection and is equipped with equipment that meets ISO 9001 necessary to ensure continuous operation of the plant. The components of the refinery based on the fully assembled process modules, containing all the necessary equipment, piping, electrical actuators, as well as electrical components and devices.
